[Solved] Please HELP! PR does not install (Steam version)

Hi ppl!! Im new at the game, recently bought BF2 hoping to play this awsome Project Reality, but after downloading and installing, it says I dont have the parts 1,2 and 3 installed; I checked on the website and they said it happens when you move folders and stuff (which I never did), nontheless I downloaded and run the registry modifier, but still, the same message appears and I cant play any games!!!
I dont know if I was to post this here, but I didnt see an "Issues" section.

PLEASE if someone can help me Ill be always gratefull!! i dont want to think Ive lost 20 buckss!

Don't panic, we are here to help you

First, did you install ALL 3 parts?

Second, did you patch BF2 with the 1.40 patch and with the 1.50 patch BEFORE installing PR?

By "1.40" he means "1.41". Just saying so there won't be any misunderstandings.

Yes I believe I did, the thing I thought the game installs when running part 1, but then I thought, maybe i have to run all 3 of them, but when running part 2 alone it says "It requieres part 1, wanna go to website", and then I cant continue.
Is this ok?

Oh and i have steam version, so patches are all up to date i think

Install, part 1, after its done then Part 2, the once thats done, part 3. Dont do it all together.

Hmmmm, heres the process you need to go through, read all of it before starting:

- BF2 updates, do these before installing PR:
1. Start up BF2, make an EA account if havn't already (if you have an EA account go to 2.), don't log in, if you do don't worry and log out (top right)
2. Check the bottom left of the log in screen for a number, it should be something like 1.5 and then some random numbers, if it isn't 1.5 but is 1.41 or 1.4.1 then download the 1.5 update if it is below 1.41 then download the 1.41 update and the 1.50 update.
3. the 1.41 update will update will update you to 1.41 no matter what you were on before, after you have done 1.41 then install 1.5

- PR:
1. Download and install parts 1,2,3 from the PR downloads page and install them in that order.
- Optional:
2. Mumble is a 3rd party program that allows you to talk to nearby squad mates and people within your squad without using BF2's VoIP system, you can download it from Here the link contain more information.
3. There is a map-pack out that has some old "re-done" maps, a lot of servers run these maps, Link

Also you may wish to read the manual as you install, if contains a lot of the basics but you will not learn everything from there. Link

You don't really need to go through the EA account step; where did you get BF2? Steam or something?

Thanks to all of you ppl for answering in such short notice!! yes Ive tried to installing each part separately (as it should be) but I couldnt, so Ill try reinstalling. BF2 is up tod ate.
