Need some help with PR & Mumble

I got mumble installed the new version it worked fine for like a couple of hours after that it just keeps disconnecting me and than I just can't connect anymore, like when i'm in a server it works good but when I exit the server enter another one, it keeps giving me those errors - Disconnected blabla something with the host and shit.
And are there like some basic video's or things that explain me the things I really need to know about PR before like joining a server and join a squad.
