Seems good for your budget and the link provided, However could you not stretch and get the ATi HD 6870 ?

Looking good so far, although I'd get 750W PSU but they don't list that anyways.

Obviously HD6870 would be rather welcome (or 560Ti) but new cards are coming very soon so you can always swap laters..

The 560 is alot more over his budget and he still needs a monitor. The 6870 shouldnt be to much hassle

I recommend Samsung everytime, people may think otherwise but heres one within your budget... Samsung SyncMaster S24A350H 24 inch Widescreen LED monitor

Personally I think you're wasting your money upgrading from an i5 750 to an i5 2500(k)... the current CPU is perfectly fine and overclockable (assuming your motherboard is up to the task). If it were me in your situation, I would simply spend the 800 on the following:

188,12 ? - A nice 23" samsung monitor

15/30 ? - Another 2-4 GB of DDR3 ram

500 - 550 for either a GTX580 (cheaper) or a slightly higher performance HD7970 (more exp)

OR you can spend less and get something like a GTX560Ti/HD6950 for less than 250 ? and buy yourself a SSD which will improve your general computer performance (but not gaming FPS) considerably.

Cheaper SSD
More expensive SSD

The above will result in overall a better computer, including screen, for a lower price, than what you linked above.

Only just realised that you posted your current pc specs.

- I have to agree with Psyrus. Your CPU is fine, Upgrading from a i7 950 to a i7 2500(k) is pointless IMO. (save 200)
- Also the monitor he posted is practically the same as I posted but go with his one because its from the link you provided and its from your country. (unless you want a 24")
- The current HDD you have aswell is fine unless you need more than 600GB ?
- If your going to get a SDD I recommend getting one atleast 120GB minimum.
- As of your memory, keep the 4GB you have already and buy 4GB more. But make sure its the exact same.

With all the money you have saved buy yourself a top end video card, which in my eyes is the best part in a pc
Also what is your current power supply?

Hey just a point to note, don't get that 1TB EARX drive, its a green drive which means it's sustained write and access times are going to be fairly lower than a regular performance 7200rpm drive.
http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/wd- ... 554-7.html [EARS but EARX is just the newer version afaik]

Either get the samsung F3 or the 500GB AAKS drive, both of which have decent performance.
