[SOLVED] PR freezes no control during game

As title says, PR freezes when I have just joined the game (I mean it freezes when I click on the join button after loading the map). Once I am in the squad screen the keyboard and the mouse get frozen but I still can hear the whole game and the only thing I can do to "fix" it it's to close the game by pressing ALT+F4.

I have reinstalled the game but the problem persists.

I have a five-months-old laptop and this problem has been happening since a week.

here you have the system specs:


-HP Pavilion g6 1128s
-Win7 home Premium 64bits
-Intel Core i3 2.40GHz
-4GB RAM
-NVIDIA GEFORCE GT520M 1GB

I run PR with the TS3 and sometimes with the Mumble1.0 too

is there any errors that pop up after the freeze/crash?


check options/controls in the main menu and see if you have the all controls empty bug

make sure controls are assigned to default

the problem was the controls empty bug as stated above
