Thing is, that skilled player won't let game mechanics erupt his playing, unlike in PR. Derp derp lets wait 10 secs before firing. No, no, no. Well, maybe it's good that you stay in PR and don't even touch games that DO require skill, because you'd get your *** kicked.

So you're refusing to wait those 8 seconds because you don't like it? You choose to miss every shot because you hate the deviation instead of just accepting that that's the way it is, and to be able to hit every shot you must wait?

I don't play PR anymore, and yes I did wait for deviation for every shot, it felt stupid.

Nowadays I play games that require skill and I'm good at them, I was in top 500 jet pilots in BF3 and in top 300 skill level before my gaming computer broke, now im on a shitty laptop :<


@Navo I hardly played infantry anymore after I started using vehicles, but I was just as good as everyone else. Not better, not worse, since there is no differences :D

Reaction-time? Skilled PR-players reacts faster than others. This plays a huge factor if two tanks spots each other at the same time (ignore ping).

Tank combat is fun in PR indeed

@Navo, I can tell you got no idea how to handle jet's in BF3, I bet you don't even know about correct speeds and angles

You missed my point... My point is that you do need skills in order to kill the tank before he kills you. At least to get the first shot on him.

Not if you have unlimited with time to do it. Doing it before you get killed, on the other hand, requires skill.

Sigh.. I'm going to stop arguing after this post and I hope you will do the same. Seems like we have a bit different view about skill, in either way PR requires very little of it. There's no way you can dominate the battlefield by yourself, or cause the team win because of you. This game is so much about luck, or just otherwise easy stuff to do. For example AA missiles, you never know if ones gonna hit you.

But as I said, I'll stop arguing now, if you want to have a final say for some reason go for it. I'm not going to respond anymore :3

I never said you can dominate the battlefield by yourself, nor cause your team to win because of one individual, although it might happen.

I do agree; AA-missiles aren't completely realistic in this mod, but there are certain things you can do to lower the risk of getting hit by one.

Sorry, but you are wrong. One guy can make a difference; Ive seen it, Ive done it, I know it. :)

Ive seen a single jet pilot singlehandedly make a team win, Ive seen COs pull off some amazing shit in matches. When youve played as much as some people here, you will understand that what you think is true is actually very wrong.
