Do PRTA will update the installer soon? Because I think it is out-dated, the installer is still installing the 0.32 version.

Thx guys. Well, the PRTA soundmod will be released very soon. It covers pretty much every sound and I've added alot more sounds to it. 90% of the choppers now has its own sounds. Same with the vehicles.
It will be alot more different than last release. Maybe you wont like it or maybe youll love it. It's up to you.

congrats anders. can't wait to hear the heli sounds most of all. they are one of the most important sounds other than gunshots and footsteps.
sorry but i have a few questions, is it possible to hear a certain sound only from a certain direction? hard to explain but like under the heli sound different than the side? or instead maybe make a sound appear only 100m below the heli ? or is there a max number of sounds that can be attached to a vehicle?

Yes that's completely possible, but frustating job to do. But you can attach new sounds to certain objects/templates. Well, right now we're experimenting with the Chinook. Have experimented with "strong-wind-loop" sounds in the open part of the chopper to be heard from inside when the chopper is running. Im also gonna record equipmentsounds/leatherbelts against metal objects that are gonna play from different positions inside the chopper.
Although I dont wanna overkill this, cause when youre talking or in battle you won't pay attention to all those details we put in. But yeah, you should try these new choppers first, then you can come with suggestions etc.
But you can set mindistance/halfvolume distance, positions of the sounds etc.
