[SOLVED]Very dark video images

Help, why when I run PR are some of the maps so dark I cannot navigate around them? Beruit, Kashan Desert etc. all fine but Barracude(?) unplayable. Anybody else experiencing this? I'm running Windows 7.

is your brightness down? check your video options and see what settings you have

also what comp specs do you have

Thanks for reply. Brightness well up and as I said most maps are fine with excellent brightness. I will try altering the video settings but don't understand why they appear fine on most of the maps.

Barracuda is a darky map. Especially if you roam among the hills/trees. Bumping up brightness and gamma might help, and make sure you dont have any source of light striking to your monitor or you will not see anything for sure.
