Can't get any servers.

Servers are not appearing when I play online. how do I fix this?

Generally if people put in more detail into their initial post it wastes less time in finding a solution...

a) Do you have a steam copy of BF2
b) Does this problem exist in vBF2

etc. etc.

Sorry for the lack of detail

I do have the steam version of BF2

I will check if the problem is in BF2

and just a note: the solution to replace the steam bf2.exe with the retail one didn't work for me because when I tried to extract it, it said the zipped folder was empty

EDIT:

BF2 servers are fine, it is just project reality

Try to unzip with a different program like 7zip or Winrar.
I'm pretty sure this will fix your problems so please try to get this working.
