Installation Patches etc order

Hi, I had a bit of time out playing BF3 and re-formatted my pc. I tried re-installing PR but just can't get it to work.
I installed BF2 and SF and then 1.41 patch then the 1.50 patch. I then installed PR 0973 3 setup exes and then the map pack. When I go to boot up PR windows 7 64 bit just says program not responding. Am I missing something or doing something in the wrong order?

Please tell us what version of BF2 you have, i.e. Steam, EA Origin, Retail CD, etc.

Remember you have to log in and join a MP server in vBF2 BEFORE you can start PR correctly.

Another possible quick fix:
You can try running PR in windows XP sp3 compatibility mode to see if that is the problem.

Thanks for the help. I've never had any problem running it before on this OS. I don't understand why it's not working. I am trying to install it again now.

I am installing off the disc. Will also update my graphics drivers although I can't see it being anything to do with that, will update soon
