Hi everyone.

Im having problems with mumble, everytime i try to connect to PR server, it fails, saying this :

"Server connection failed: Connection refused.
[19:58:52] Reconnecting.

Mumble server is online so thats not a problem. Might be the firewall blocking it. Do you have any soft firewall or is the one in your router on?

Your router model and make please and version of AV/IS if you use one.

Have you edited your mumble shortcut? Are you using PR Mumble 1.0?

Try to change your username, it worked for me.

My game and mumble crashed at same time when i was on the server browser, and i wasn't able to reconnect mumble. I re-installed mumble and it still not working. Finally i try with an other name and it was OK.

I don't know how a crash give me connection problem, maybe it consider me as a ban... (if an admin can look at qs-racer and qs-racer1 username it will be cool)

Afaik, once you register Mumble username its tied to your machine, in form of certificate, so you cant change your username to whatever you want. At least thats how it was, until you reformat your system - reinstall OS.

You can ask [R-DEV]BloodyDeed he is in charge of that.

Or just delete the certificate (probably located in %appdata%\Mumble\PR_mumble.sqlite).

NO. In that database are all the settings for PR Mumble client. If you delete it, it stops working, and looses all of the configs including PR com buttons setup.

Its quite more difficult than that I think. Once you register with a server and get certificate, server also stores that info to its database, and you dont have access to that.

This is why I haven't registered and have advised a few people not to register as the tiny added convenience is heavily outweighed by the issues that crop up if something goes awry.
