Bring back slugs to insurgents

The insurgent kit with shutgun needs slugs bad in addition to the buckshot.
Why right now its a very good kit at short range, but its use less at medium range. Bringing slugs back would make it usefull in more situations. Hitting with slugs are still hard, so it won't be overpowered. And be bluefore shutgun is semi auto and can shoot faster so that is still better.

And it's realistic for insurgents to have access to slugs.
