Crashes after i try to start PR

i have installed your game and i installed BF2 through steam but then i transferred it to an EA file and iv gone from there but when i try to use you shortcut for project reality it starts the loading screen goes black and then goes back to desktop screen i really need help.

First you need to run BF2 at least once to create profile. Join MP game and play a bit to make sure all is fine.

Then run PR from its shortcut. You must have Net Framework 3.51 sp1 installed.

Since you have Steam version read this and apply this fix or you wont be able to see any online servers. Its and issue with Steam version of BF2, not with others.

honestly i don't know where im at right now with the problems anymore im completely confused and hopeless i really need help. is their a way for you to help me like teamveiwer or somthing like that?

Answer all of these questions as best you can and we'll get you playing PR in no time at all:

1. Have you started regular BF2? Have you created a user profile? Have you joined a online multiplayer server? If you answer yes to all of these questions, move on to next question.

2. Do you have Net Framework 3.51 sp1 installed?
To answer this question, go to Control Panel, go to Add/Remove programs , (sort by program name to speed this up) scroll through your list of installed programs to find it.
If you answer yes , move on to next question.

3. Start PR from the shortcut on your desktop. Does PR start?

If answer is Yes, go to next question.

4. Log in to your player account, go to Online Deploy, and see if you can refresh the server list and have multiple servers available.
If yes, CONGRATS! enjoy PR.

i think i F*d up my bf2 files so much that i need to buy a new one... i feal so bad

Please do not freak out.
IF you bought a license for BF2 from Steam, you can re-download files if needed. Let's not do that yet.

Please answer the questions I posted above, so the tech support volunteers here can figure out where you're at in solving this.
