2 firebases not far away, could have static AA defences, or they may know the havok isn't operational

Please, it's a known fact that tables in PR can stop everything short of a JDAM. So it's perfectly safe there.
Once we develop a blanket for caches to hide underneath, they will be invincible every time scary Blufor comes.
