Important announcement regarding the future of Operational Detachment Sierra

After discussions within the OD-S High Command, we have come to the conclusion that the clan has stagnated, and needs to move to the next level.
To accomplish this, it has been decided that effective immediately, OD-S is transforming into a structure based on the United States Marine Corps.

Over the next few weeks, we will;

• Reorganize our command structure.
• Implement new ranks.
• Create strict training programs based on real world tactics.
• Switch to only play maps as the USMC ingame. Exceptions can be made to play as the US Army.
• Implement a Veteran System, where people with real life military experience are brought up to leadership positions, without having to know the game.

Yesterday evening we had our first award ceremony, honouring our commanding officers, and accepting a new recruit into our ranks;
