A quiet word in relation to a guy who was glitching inside a building which just ruined the entire game on muttrah, 5 admins on,no response or action from any of them, pretty poor in my eyes.

Ill think twice about helping seed the server again.

So what went wrong here from your point of view? The guy got banned and everyone was told to cut the **** in main chat.

So easy for people to jump on the bandwagon,the thing is not one of them has read and understood the text.

This is a feedback thread,and im showing the feedback I got from YOUR leader about issues on YOUR server.

Its the 10 minutes of complaints and reports before the ban got issued and the response I got for informing yourselfs about it that im reporting feedback on.And tbh in the little bit of text you have supplied there is a 10 minute delay from the first report to the kick.

If I had a complaint I would make one, If have have feedback I will make it.

Please read and understand before trying to defend your actions.

It's absurd to complain about a case that took longer than usual to deal with to this extent. I don't mean the feedback - you have the right to do, be it right or wrong - but actually going to Wicca to complain about a 10 min delay like it's a common practice by our admin staff.

If you believe it is, then follow the right procedures. They exist for a reason.

Was playing during this incident, there was at LEAST 5-6 players that repeatedly asked for admin intervention , an admin didnt respond for a great length of time from when first reports came in to the actual ban, despite four admins being ingame and actively playing. This is a feedback thread and as far as im aware im allowed to post feedback on my time on the server whether it be enjoyment or displeasure. Infer what you will but hopefully you can at least appreciate the need for admins to actually respond to a hail of reports in all chat from a number of players.

Those chat logs also dont highlight the number of reports that took place.

However im going to leave it there , from the general attitude of people who have posted thus far i can see this isnt going to go anywhere and is a pointless effort and posting a complaint on your site will achieve nothing.

Wicca; all you needed to do was to ask Bluffer what this glitchers name was, so you could pass it through the Xfire admin-chat and tell someone to either kick him or ban him. Instead you decided to ignore the whole situation, which I didn't expect from you at all.

my problem was the time it took to ban the people who were in my eyes hacking. 10 minutes was a long time to type !ban freak hacking.

when half the other team tells you that someone is shooting from inside a wall, it is kinda your job as an admin to take action. not to carry on as normal for ten minutes because the 5 admins on could not be arsed to deal with it. some people kinda thought they did not care, why, because in those 10 minutes the admins team advaced from docks, all the way down to south city. this is because are team was all dead or sitting in main out of protest for the lack of admin action and or even a response.... sorry thats a lie, we did get warned to shut up using global.

If I make a habit of instantly jumping the gun everytime someone xfires me, everyone will xfire me everytime something happens.

As I stated in the xfire message, sux that someone glitched. He got banned, and you are complaining since it took so long. Admins read and understand. But i care very little for your qouting of me, and telling everyone how I am scabby at answering.

If you wish to improve PRTA, with your feedback. Use the complaint forum, its there for a reason. Xfire someone if you want to have a conversation, use the proper channels. Or use this one to state, "admins took very long responding to said glitcher".

Please dont contact me on xfire again regarding admin issues.

we did all the above mate, only to be warned and told to stop using global chat. this is what got peoples backs up. upon reading that i was like ok, so that admin can read the text and does know how to use his admin commands. but rather than do what needed to be done he warned us all to shut up so he could carry on his game in peace. not the best move on that admins part.

we are only giving feed back on this server, nothing more, after all thats what this thread is for.

I am commenting on the xfire spam chopper.. Not the feedback. ATM there is a massive thread on PRTA admin forum regarding this, we are fixing it. But i hate when people xfire me about these things.

Keep bringing feedback.

Also, the request to stop allchat, was made after the dude was banned. As far as i can read on the chat logs. There was also alot of discussion in the admin xfire chat room, regarding weather or not to ban him, and the fact that most admins were in a firefight, led to the delay of action.

Hope that clarifyes it. Next time, as ive stated, use !report function. Use this thread, and use our complaint forum. Dont xfire me about something that already happend.

But if we can help, and you think we can get on the server quickly to fix it, ofc xfire us. Just dont complain through there, it goes in one ear and out the other.

thank you for not making this personal(click here), if this was not a complaint about our admins, not a complaint about a player, then why did you post here? You posted the xfire chat log, just so you could give feedback to the community, that wicca has a big head, and doesn't care about what happens on the server at the time? well, who cares? this is a SERVER FEEDBACK thread, not a CLAN(or alliance, sorry wicca) FEEDBACK thread. Hi I pretty new to PR and I would love to play on PRTA, I think it amazing that PRTA and wicca have been able to unlock 64+ servers and they are my heros for making battlefield 2 live today with PR, amazing mod!
But problem is that much bad things happen on PRTA caches explode event they are not on map, admins not listening to asset rule and taking, kicking for PRTA members ( I wait half hour for place why?) PRTA play music on mumble and tell people to shut up if complain and many more
I love PRTA server, wicca and PRTA have done so much it is sad that it has to be so many problems playing on server
