I'm having problems with PR, I made a fresh install, run as admin and everything else, but I still can't solve this. I also made a search on forums about the subject, but all the solutions provided didn't make any effect. I have a retail copy of BF2.
Here is a video: http://www.mediafire.com/?x6pp4dlyx2q5g7y <<<< NEW LINK
I never had this problem on older versions of the MOD.
Running on Windows 7 64bits
Specs: AMD Athlon II X2 240
Gigabyte GA-M61PME-S2P
4gb DDR2 800 Kingston
ATI HD 4770
Can you see the video now?

I cant see that video its asking from me to login or signup. Please upload video to youtube or some other video hosting service.
Explain your problem closer, what is actually happening and what you did. Is you copy of BF2 retail ( cd/dvd ) or steam, origin or other digital copy.
Post you system specs with OS version.

Clean cache;
delete BF2 folder on My Documents;
delete any registry entries left;
reinstall the entire game and updates;
play BF2 first and then PR;
run as admin (BF2 and PR);
check EA Games folder's properties (uncheck read-only);
I can't think anything else...
