PR Desura install problem

So I just bought BF2 and can't get PR to work through Desura.
I've patched up BF2 and that works fine, but when I click on PR it immediately says "PR.exe has stopped working"
Has anyone encountered this problem, or does anyone have any help on how to fix it?

Might want to take this to the BF2 Support section.

this has been addressed many times before

but first make sure you patched to 1.41 than to 1.5


also try deleting the BF2 folder in my documents

Naming thread with I NEED HELP will not help you, and neither to us. Read forum rules, and get familiar with them.

Read Install guide here. Don't miss any steps or it will not work. You need to run BF2 once prior to installing or starting PR. Follow rushn's instructions with this addition.

Also post your system specification with OS version.
