[Solved] Weird blacking out effects when I'm about to die.

For some reason, when I'm about to die, images becomes black and white and all blurry as if I'm tripping out. I'm not sure why this is happening now because it never happen before. Usually when I'm near death, my vision will turn red with splats of blood appearing in front of me. Is this normally?

It's pretty normal really. If you didn't have it before, it was caused by a bug of some sorts. But yes, the black/white vision when you're about to die is intended.

Its black & white for me too since the beginning, although some people say it is supposed to be red, and that this is some kind of driver issue, but nothing big Im used to it.

Yeah I think it's a driver issue. I recently switch back to an older Nvidia graphical driver because the fan control on my EVGA 9600 GT was unresponsive and constantly running at 100 percent on the more updated one, which I have been running for years and was driving me crazy. The black white effect makes it much harder to look where I'm at especially when I'm being revive and need to move to a safe place. Oh well, guess I'll have to get use to this. Anyway thanks for the quick response from both of you.

LMAO. This reminds me of an article I read a while ago. A girl had her very first period, and wondered why the liquid was red and not blue as on the tampon commercials on TV.
