Randomized spawn times

I have been thinking about this one. Now you know precicely when enemy vehicle respawns which means you can get prepared. I beleave it is posible to randomize these spawn times as there is min and max spawntime, which are same at the moment.

What you think, would this be good thing to add.

I would definitely approve of something like this, if it were possible...
I've heard that it isn't possible and that you can only set specific values for spawn times, but if not, great.

I can never bother remembering or writing down the spawn times for various vehicles on various maps, it's just annoying to me and I don't see any benifit to gameplay since, as you said, you can anticipate when, where and what the enemy will do.

Suggestions belong in the suggestion box, and if it dident get accepted that because.

I dont mind, In my opinion it is annoying that suggestions never go through and they wont even tell you why

In files there is maxspawntime and minspawntime. Currently they are same but you can set them to different values. This would randomize spawn times.

Random spawn times would make thing's interesting, as thing's stand right now people just follow a formula as to when you're assets/people will respawn thus reducing the "threat" factor of assets just popping out the bushes and saying hi.

If I know a cobra will respawn in 20 minutes then that's 20 minutes I can do as I please with after it's dead not having to worry about it, removes that fear of it could come back at any time. Poor wording but i'm sure people understand the point.

Would be good, but only based on some factors, not random. Dunno exactly what factors but formula shouldn't be random to keep the balance.

Locking: - suggestion outside the correct process.

I can appreciate you might feel your suggestion has merit, a little frustrated that it may not have been given the consideration it deserved and that you possibly not contacted for the reasons it was rejected... Unfortunately that's just they way it works some times.

My advice - rather than making another thread about it, contact one of the PR:BF2 Team Leads to follow up their logic.
