Remember that u need to wait like 7 seconds before u can shoot So if u come from such game's u mentioned above u just gotta remember that u gotta chill back until the spread setttles, good reaction wont help in this game also big + if u have a mic

No, you can shoot whenever you want. I never really chill and sit back just for the deviation to settle except ofcourse if going for accurate on unsuspecting enemies.
