Maybe this can be slightly modified and made into an Igla to be used by the factions that use the Strela as that is very outdated?

I wasn't saying that what Wiki said is true, I was saying that's what it said, period. Here's another site that says the same. It's said to be "unconfirmed speculation" but well, it's almost identical to the Igla, so it's not hard to believe at all.
