I've joined 3 servers today and didn't connect to either of them- PRTA, CIA, NEW Era. All three times I was stuck in the root channel. Restarting PR and Mumble didn't work.
Windows 7 (-64 bit), i5 2440M, 6 GB Ram, GT 525M.

there seems to be a lot of mumble problems and to be honest I cant really help with mumble

I believe that would be the problem in relation Mumble server, game server where you play, there is nothing on client side you can do really. If its persistent, try resetting your router/modem. Turn it off wait few minutes and plug it in. Things you want to turn off in PR Mumble is QOS ( same in your router ) and try forcing TCP mode.
Configure > Settings > Network > tick Force TCP mode and untick use QOS.

I resolved the problem. I just had to run Mumble as administrator lol Silly me.
