Well, I just had the best night of commanding of my life in the last few hours on here :D

Glad my rep is growing as a commander to some players, although prolly going down for those i b%&^hed at for screwing around :P

Had great teamwork and almost made a comeback on iron ridge (0-69) and just won our round of ghost train (forget, around 75-0 or something :P )

Glad to see so much teamwork and dedicated squad leaders/members I can count on on your server, you should be proud ;)

I did have some problems a couple of days ago, but they've seemed to disappear. Problems like shots not registering (not the regular hitbox problem), general spikes etc. I'm not the only European that has experienced this.

I have not noticed any lag lately. I honestly want to chock it up to the insane weather we are having in the US but I do not know.

Probably because you're closer to the server than we are.

This is my favourite server. CIA members treat you with respect. It's always action packed. Sucks that it's down just now though :(

I have seen the voting system go badly on CIA sometimes. Its nice that there is a democratic element to the server and in theory the map people want to play the most goes next in the rotation.

Problem is, I've seen occasions where it doesnt go so well on CIA:
-OPFOR votes are highly bias towards "cool" maps, like Mutrah, where OPFOR will get to play as 1337 USMC with the Cobra and Hueys the next round as BLUFOR.
-BLUFOR votes are highly bias against INS maps, where it is common for a BLUFOR team that doesnt want to play as the underdog next round and will vote against it overwhelmingly.
-Maps that people like will come up, however the server might not have the required amount of teamwork yet to play the map properly, or even the player count.
-Gameplay occasionally gets repetitive, where the "favourite" maps get played to death. I've notice lots of servers over-running Burning Sands and Iron Eagle right now!

Otherwise, im diggin it.

Well Iron Eagle isn't played that much as Burning Sands, so that is not really a problem. The real problems are what you stated above it. BLUFOR Whores vs. Asset whores and things like that, so you'll end with Derp-Derp INS teams or 1337 BLUFOR t34mzZ. But luckily for me, I haven't experienced that so much on CIA.

Yesterday I had a good round on Fallujah West, Asad Khal and Kashan , between those maps the server crashed once because someone set the wrong Iron Eagle causing the crash.

My squadleader was )CIA( Sharpyz, he was a good guy and I also noticed that at some moments the teamwork was pretty good.

My suggestion for the voting is to have some preset combo's in a huge list, so you don't have to ask people, just put it in. And if it is only won by one vote, you might want to set a other map than showed in the mapvote.
We are staying up!
