Explaining things in a calm way may enhance understanding more than just kicking or shouting at them ("GET OUT THE FCKING VEHICLE U NEWB"). Most of the new players are curious to get to know the game and they should be invited to Squads and be taught the basics (tell them to read the manual, but don't kick them immediately when they did not). Maybe the most common Server Rules (Asset rule, etc..) should be added to the Manual.
On the other hand: People that do not listen, do not answer or start flaming: Kick'em.
Furthermore, I also think that 80% of Mumble Comms is just nonsense-stuff not related to increasing teamplay. Therefore, our clan only uses Teamspeak for comms. Nevertheless, Mumble is now mandatory on our server.
Some Communication-Guidelines would awesome (Maybe add them to the tips-list when loading): Do Not Talk to "all Squads" all the time when just reporting stuff nobody cares about, keep comms clear and talk to specific Squads!
Suggestion for next patch: AUTO-MUTE Players during MAPCHANGE: Only Admins may talk
