[Solved] Mumble Issue

I searched for mumble issues similar to mine but there's just too many to sift through,

Mumble PR Edition .5 BETA

I start as admin of course - connection address 31.132.2.109 - port 64738 (Official PR server I hope.)
Put in my nick and connect "Server connection failed: Connection refused."
First I thought it was windows firewall so I allowed it through still same problem, I have norton 360 but the firewall is off. When I look at the server browser tab I can't see any other servers.

I've been playing PR for a long while and have used mumble since it was first released this is the first problem I've encountered.

The .5 version came with the .97 download you guys should update it
