[Maps] Sunflare in wrong place

One last problem for today, sunflare is in wrong place, it is essentially in the opposite direction to when the sun is on the sky. How do I match the sunflare up to the sun?

uh I believe you can do this, in the editor place the screen where you want it to be, then go to light and set the flare to camera

Yeah, make sure you're doing set flare and sun TO camera and not FROM camera.
Also, if you want to align the flare with the sun on the skytexture properly go to render>hud>drawhudreferencecross. It will give you a big X on your screen so you just have to line up the sun in the center of the cross.

I have done as you said and lined the sun flare up with the sun, it shows that the sunflare is lined up exactly with the sun in the editor, but ingame it is still in the opposite direction. I checked the sky.con and the sunflare direction in there has changed since I changed it in the editor but ingame it still hasnt updated.

And you did put the sky.con back in the server.zip, right? :p

Tried searching the BFeditor.org forums? I know this is a somewhat common issue, I just can't remember the solution...

For some odd reason, sometimes the flare is opposite where it should be. In that case, try selecting "FROM CAMERA" instead of "to camera" and see if it fixes it in-game.
