Rename existing map

Hi guys,
I have a pretty simple question:

How can I rename a Map to have two diffrent versions?

We are running a passworded training server and it is kinda annoying to wait a while for your assets to re/spawn...
(We also have permission of the Devs for this)

I tried a lot of stuff. I..

• renamed the folder : training_battle_for_qinling
• renamed the (.desc) to the same name in the INFO file
• changed the paths in the Init.cfg from

  Code: Select all

  Undergrowth.load Levels\battle_for_qinling\

  to

  Code: Select all

  Undergrowth.load Levels\training_battle_for_qinling\

• changed the path in the Terrain.cfg

So, did I forgot s.th. or do I need the Editor for this?

If all you want to change are spawntimes though, there's no need to rename the map and do it then. Just backup your server.zip on the server, then make the changes. This is a serverside change only.

If you rename the map, all ppl joining will need to have this renamed map as well.

Somehow i can't add my COMPLETE reworked shijiavalley to the maplist on our server.

never mind...just two words: case sensitive.

I'm sorry but i really don't get this can someone lead me step by step what to do.
I want to rename Euro Forces and Armored Furry maps so i could play them with offline account.
