Best settings for my pc

Hello
I was wounding if you could help, I want to know what the best settings are to run BF2: pr on my pc
Specs
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Intel Core 2 Duo CPU T6500 @ 2.10 GHz 2.10 GHz
4.00 GB RAM
Nvidia GeForce 9600M GS 512 MB

Hope you can help if you need any more info then just say

Low to medium.

Could prolly pull off mostly medium, with AA and all of that junk turned off.

Just in my own opinion.

Might even run high, just try your self ;)

It can run high, but some maps with certain overgrowth such as Korengal will lag badly... Others like Kashan will run amazingly.

Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit
Intel Pentium Dual Core 1.6 GHz
4.00 GB RAM
Nvidia GeForce 9500 GT 1GB

I could run on all high.
