System Requirements and Low FPS

Hi, i installed PR few days ago and i can't get to play it on normal frame rate at all.
It runs the same on low and on max video settings.
Regular Battlefield 2 runs perfect on max settings.
Could you give me some hint what could be the problem?
Here are my pc specs:

Win7 32
Intel P4 3.2 HT
2 GB ram (+ 4 GB page file)
GeForce 7600gs 256

There is about 20 GB of space on both partitions.

the 7600 GS is... On my older PC I have had a 7650 GS first, then it was black screen, got a 9600 GT which also ca not run huge maps fine on highest settings... also 2 GB RAM is just a biiiiit too less...
