POLL: What is the Cheapest, Low Power DEDICATED DESKTOP Video Card capable of PR0.973 at Max Setting?

Very simple poll for all you cheaparse gamers like me out there.

This poll is NOT for all you people with Triple GTX 690s in liquid cooled configurations.

This poll is for people who want to spend as little as possible to find a used or cheap new video card to play PR, and for those who do NOT want to buy a new PSU for their PC.

Video Card Model: NVIDIA GT 240
PR resolution: 1600x900, card is 128 bit
Can you play at all Max Settings?: Not "all" per say, but when I had the card, I was on High Texture, High Terrain, High Geometry. I always had Antisotrophic(?) Filtering off, along with Anti-Aliasing off or at 2x. This was due to, I think, RAM and Processor limitations. I had 100% View Distance, almost never lagged (except when there was a LOT of shit going on around me.) It was a decent card, got the job done.
What is the Max Power Draw: Can't say off the top of my head, ill update this post when I get home.
Requires about 300 watts to power.

How much does the card sell for now?: Less than $100 USD, if you can find it.

Any other notes: Decent card, got me through a lot of graphic intense games. Did its job.

How much does the card sell for now?: don't know, but must be below 100$
Any other notes: As sharpie said, there more requiments to CPU and RAM, than GPU.
After upgrading from Athlon 64 X2 3800+ to Phenom x4 920, and adding 2 GB of RAM, i was able to raise setting from all min to this.
