Lag on servers

Hello guys,
I'm having trouble with all the servers.I get into a server, play and after 10-15 minutes i lost connection..
I'm from Bulgaria and I mostly join the european servers just because I though there will be no lag there.But it laggs everywhere.
I'm using a router and perhaps thats the problem but I'm not sure.
My punkbuster is updated.
Please help me

Inspektura43, your internet connection is good.

Please tell us the make and model of your Router.

Please tell us your PC specifications.
Which OS? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 ?
32 bit or 64 bit?

Do you use a wired or wireless connection from PC to router?

My computer is on Windows 7 64-bit, I'm using wireless connection.
Model: Dlink DI-524

Edit: Ok, it looks like I have less lag now.
I attached my ISP cabel to my laptop, because I was having some problems with the router.

Edit2: Although the router is like 5 meters from the laptop it lags, probably its just bugged or smth.
I reseted it but still the same, probably I'll have to put the net cable in the laptop to play PR without lag.

Edit3:My ISP can't help at all.I'm pissed! :@

I found what the problem was!
I had to install punkbuster with stopped firewall.
