Being a squad leader when your squad members are people you've never seen, and don't know how you function typically, or when they expect you to give every little order....
"SL, what do you want me to do?"
"Obviously.... Move with the squad..."
"Which direction should I watch?"
"..... The rear. Make sure no one comes behind us."
"Roger... Semi or Auto/Burst?"
"Semi...."
"CONTACT! PERMISSION TO ENGAGE?"
"YES! SHO-"

^ This!
If you do it right or want to do it right definitely SL (or Commander - have yet to step up for it, so I don't know too much about it)!

Even with people you know and play well you have to think, make the plan, decide the way, read the map, contact other SLs, the commander and just talk sooo much...especially because you have to describe every detail if the plan doesn't reveal itself to SMs that fast as it does in your head. And of course it is your job to animate your guys as well. So you have to pull out a joke/speech/congratulation every now and then.

BUT to lead in a good round, get a job done and your men home again, is all worth it :!:

Heli Pilot. I always feel like in gonna let the team down somehow. I mean I'm a good pilot, but I only use my keyboard to fly and it is stressful doing insertions and keeping the bird out of the line of fire. I prefer the gunner, I only have to focus on one thing.... my target :)

gunners cant just focus on there target that sort of tunnel vision and you'll end up dead in no time assuming its a map with enemy CAS you should be scanning everywhere the entire time with a combination of cockpit and gun cam views

I'd say the most stressful role in PR for me is CAS on official events and clanwars. I get a heart attack everytime I get locked.

On the other hand, I wouldn't call SLing stressful, I'd rather call it frustrating when some retards mess your whole plan by giving your position away or doing stupid stuff.

jet. if you crash/get shot down you got 20 mins, and if its a clan match you just screwed over your team. also you dont want to hit an enemy lase killing half your team... but you can't expect cas to get highest numbers because not everybody does it.

Well if you see 2 lazes and you don't want to hit friendlies then pop some flares, fly away, check the map and look where the CAS marker is (additionaly ask your spotter), then match that with what you've seen on your dive, and try to match the CAS marker with the 2 lases you've seen. Then aproach to the target again and drop a unguided bomb right into the target ;) The only minus of this technique is that you need to be skilled with dropping bombs without laser.

I've played as nearly every role on this list, but in my opinion, nothing is nearly as stressful as Transport Piloting.
The reason is because whenever you take a squad anywhere, you have to make sure your route in and out will be as safe and as fast as possible, you have to make your landings with little to no preparation and it has to be landed as quickly as possible. If you mess up then the whole team will know about it ("Lawl Huey fail!" "Stupid noob pilots! Go to a training server!" ect ect.)
Not to mention its really easy to mess up when you're barely 5 meters above the ground going at top speed dodging cliffs, buildings, trees and other random lethal objects trying to get out of an LZ before an enemy APC, Attack Heli, Jet, AA, Tank or even Techie blows you out of the sky.

Squad medic for either Marco or Chrisweb. Both of them get themselfs or their SQs killed so much the medic has to kill all the enemy's and revive. Its really a pain.

I think I already answer this topic but nevertheless...

"Most stressful or demanding Role"
I think in PR you have the most stressful and the most demanding.

Being a Sq. Leader is the most demanding. Not only you need to help your team you also have to give a good time to your Squad, avoiding them to be killed and etc. but I don't call that stressful because well it isn't.

Stressful is not having to think several things in a short amount of time, stressful is when someone's life is in our direct command; in PR that means when they are our passengers (APC, HELO or even a car); But the most stressful is the Helo.

Why? Well Like I said, every time we transport a Full Squad their life is in our hands, so one mistake and they're dead; not because I told them to go to an ambush(a.k.a. sq.Leader mistake) but because I flew bad.

And in a few occasions Trans Pilot can also be demanding when you are transporting a Sq., trying to dodge a lock, have the commander asking why the squad isn't already on the flag and all the guys screaming on mumble "OMG"; "We gonna die"; "I want my mom!!!" xD

Dont question the wikipedia! Just because it reports different things on different languages does not make it unreliable source!

Haha, that's very true. I've played for them quite often. I say my most stressful role is SL, but I love being the medic and having the pressure of keeping my squad alive.

I remember playing in your squad as the medic when a few of the guys in our squad killed 3 or 4 BTRs. I think I remember them getting awards for their actions that day.

Doing anything for them is stressful, but you end up on top of most engagements.

Well, most of the time :D
