Lose sound on mumble and team speak

Ok heres my problem i can play almost a round on pr but then all of a sudden i lose my sound to mumble but they can hear me,plus they can hear me on T/s but i cant hear them,so i have to shut down and restart my pc to get this all working again,i have windows 7 with creative sb xf1 sound card;.this happend to me b4 and i cant remember how i fixed this....

Also when my game is starting up When you loading game 1st up when the BSS makes a noise there also is no noise there,only when the game menu comes up the a sound when to login to pr account.

This problem is specifically known as a problem with the drivers for your creative sb xf1 sound card.

The directions to fix this are in the link below, HOWEVER a NEW version of your XFi drivers has been released in the second link. I do not have an XFi, but it's reported the drivers are great for gaming, but bad for watching TV/movies.
