PRers on Twitter

I was thinking it may be a good idea if we, the community, link up on this very simple social media platform, Twitter.

Not only would it be cool to be able to sound out each other while you're on the move through your smart phone with a Twitter app, but it's also very useful for promoting causes and businesses.

I sometimes tweet PR stuff, latest was getting squad mates to line up for a photo to show a colleague who rips me for being a gamer. Twitter / PrestonTaxi: I got my squad mates to pose ...

You can also use it to link to your fraps videos of your gameplay, and by doing that you'll be reaching a broader audience and may get non players interested.

Just a thought, so what you guys think?

Well, you've only got 140 characters, so telling a story might not be the greatest idea.
But making an official PR account could be cool. Just make it the same as on Facebook I guess; post news etc.
