To have a cappable FOB is a really good (BRILLIANT) idea for the insurgency gamemode, to have both teams attacking and defending at the same time is really cool and even more realistic. I think this should be implemented to most if not all insurgency maps, and maybe it will give a new meaning the gamemode? So if the Opfor team is way better than the BLUFOR team the game won't last for 2 hours, which I thnk is great! Anyways, the map looks sexy and realistic, and I love all the "hidden" cache locations.
