Sudden fps drops and slow loading times

As of today i am getting low fps and very slow game loading times i have no idea whats causing this issue it started earlier on op barracuda about 10 mins in i suddenly started to get a fps drop i decided to reinstall bf2+pr again as previously i have had random issues before occure for no reason and a reinstall had solved the issues i have been playing pr on max settings and maps where loading in seconds usually i am loaded into the next map around 2min 40 secs on the countdown until the map starts any one have any idea what could be causing this?

Alright i feel quite stupid now i have resolved the problem after hours of trying everything turned out i had eco mode selected and not turbo so my laptop was not turbo clocking up to 3ghz feel free to lock thread
