Have all of the parts except for the processor. It will be here Tuesday. Pretty excited as this is my first build where are all of the parts I've purchased myself. I'll be giving my old rig to my friend, as he is using a computer that can't even run PR. Feel free to offer insight.

I guess I could get Windows 8 and put it on my secondary SSD. I might give the SSD to my friend too, not really sure.

meh.

You are probably going to hit your SATA controllers bandwith cap w/ a SSD RAID0 setup. If not the SSDs you picked are shit ^^. Smarter choice would have been a SSD 28nm toggle MLC like SAMSUNG 830 256GB.. Why on earth would you after you bought 2 SSDs go on to buy a third? Just get one large SSD. More bang for the buck!
Unless you are going to play 4 games at the same time, do operations on massive files >= 16GB or run a huge database that amount of memory is just a waste of money and power.
If this is rig is supposed to serve a single purpose namely playing games go for an entry i5-something and put that money toward a better GPU. (HD7970, e.g.)
Also the PSU is oversized. 600w with a 80+ would easily suffice.
Sure you want a 22" display?For gaming?24" is a better fit for gaming by far.

I had the OCZ SSD already. I'll probably give it to my friend since he won't have one for his new rig. Hitting my bandwidth cap? Two SSD's in RAID will not hit the bandwidth cap of 6.0 GB/s.

Memory was on sale when I bought it. Good RAM for half the price of normal never hurt.

I'll be doing more than just gaming on this rig, namely editing videos etc. I bought the 3770k because I wanted the best. I'm buying for the future, not just for what I need now. Same thing with the PSU.

I'll probably be getting a 27" monitor come Black Friday as Best Buy has one going for $200.

Also, I already have all of these parts sans the CPU which is in the mail.

I've got 3 SSDs in my rig. 1 for OS, 1 for ArmA games and the last for DCS and Lock On. Looks like a solid rig, should bring many years of excitement.

Hitting my bandwidth cap? Two SSD's in RAID will not hit the bandwidth cap of 6.0 GB/s.

6Gb/s = 0.75GB/s = 750MB/s

Samsung SSD 830 Series 256GB, 2.5", SATA 6Gb/s (MZ-7PC256B):
Read: 520MB/s
Write: 400MB/s

Crucial m4 SSD 128GB, 2.5", SATA 6Gb/s (CT128M4SSD2):
Read: 500MB/s
Write: 175MB/s

OCZ Agility 3 120GB, 2.5", SATA 6Gb/s (AGT3-25SAT3-120G):
Read: 525MB/s
Write: 500MB/s

GB != Gb | GigaByte != Gigabit

If money is of no concern why cut corners with that GPU?

I saw those, but I wasn't too interested. Got a 3TB 7,200 RPM HDD for $90. I think I have enough drives for the time being.

More than $1,000 bro. My next buy is a better monitor. Not sure if I want to buy a 2560 x 1440 monitor or wait for 4k. I have a feeling 4k is at least 2 years off, but we'll see. I'll probably save up $500 before I start looking.

Edit: Or Oculus Rift since I will be able to handle 60 FPS on DayZ SA and ArmA 3.
