Hello,
I have downloaded PR v.097 through Desura. When attempting to install the map pack the installer does not recognize that I have PR available online through Desura. I should also add that my original version of BF2 is from steam. I am able to run PR v.097 very well through Desura as I have made all the adjustments (PR.exe). Is there a workaround to get the map pack installed? As always thank you for your time and consideration.

What is the exact error message you are receiving?
You posibly need to run this small bit of registry code,
but I'm not sure without you providing more info.

There is a small bug where the windows registry for BF2 is not updated to show it's running version 1.5, ad the value is left at 1.0.
the link above is a download of a small resigstry edit that changes that single piece of the registry.
The map pack checks to see if bf2 is up to date before installing to make sure the installation will work. But the bug stops it cold in it's tracks.
Let us know if this is your issue or if it is something else.

Thanks for the help I think that did it. I saw the post you linked to but had not installed different versions or moved files...etc. So I thought it was a different issue. Thanks again for the help.
