each face's map is using a material that isnt max's default. so assuming you added a shader to it in blender, its just not positioned in the correct UV directions? Sorry i dont use blender or max, i use mudbox and maya, but i recognise the problem.Looks like once you brought it into max the texture map placement get all screwed up. Maybe if you look at it in a UV editor that might help you understand more?
