Fraps 3.5.9 CTD

Don't know why... didn't use to be this bad. But now its happening EVERY time, about 15-20 minutes into a match, if I'm recording, PR just randomly CTD's with no error. Running Mumble 1.0 with the overlay, happened on CIA and HOG on Iron Ridge, Marlin, and Qwai. Starting to drive me nuts, can't record my videos for my channel.
