Mumble squad speak problem

For some reason I cant talk on squad speak but I am able to talk on local speak.
I hold down numpad 0 but nobody ever responds and also on shorcuts settings on mumble is squad chat the Pr comms function, like the way local is the function local speech?

The bottom one is the squad speak (last one on the list), so put the hotkey you want for squad speak to this one
