Combining 2 hdds?
Ok so my HHD is full so i got a new one and pluged it in and it works. But one hdd is on disk 0 and the other is on disk 1 and i cant combind them. I tried doing this How to Make Two Hard-drives Into One (Windows, XP, Vista, 7) - YouTube and i cant extend the volume. I think its because the hdds are on different disks because in the vid they are on the same disk. So how would i get them on the same disk.

I honestly dont understand what you want.
Two physical hard drives as one partition? 2 Hard Drives 1 Partition?

Re: Combining 2 hdds?
Please tell us which Operating System you use, XP, Vista, win7, win8 ? is it 32 or 64 bit?
Please tell us how big is old HDD and how big is new HDD?
HOWEVER, You can mount the 2nd drive in a folder on the first one. You don't really want RAID-0 because if one drive dies, all your data is gone. You don't want JBOD because...well JBOD is garbage.
Next step is to see if you want to use Hardware JBOD, or Software JBOD.

Next step is to Not use JBOD, cause it sucks.
All of this is confusing, i can not give you the "Right Answer" to your situation without more info as to why you ran out of room on your disk.
There are some things you can do that will free space on your old HDD without using both drives as a single partition,
1. Move all your games to the new HDD. This will improve gaming experience too.
2. Move all your Vista and windows 7 "Libraries" to the new HDD. i.e. My Music, My Pictures, My Videos, etc folders. Also possible to do in XP, but it takes some extra steps.
3. other stuff.
The simple solution is JBOD, but it has serious drawbacks,

You seem to be asking for JBOD. (NOTE: JBOD is generally refererd to as a type of RAID)You have three (easy) options:
1. jbod or
2. raid-0 or
3. mount the new hdd as a simple volume folder.
raid-0 will combine both drives into one and delete all data on your drives in the process. you would need a 3rd HD to back up to and copy from to build this.
jbod can be done via hardware and software, certain raid management utilities will allow you to do this and not delete your data.
raid-0 doubles your chances of drive failure and guarantees data loss in this event.
jbod does not let you know to which hard drive your data is stored, can be confusing when/if you add or replace drives. you could just put your movies on the other drive and make a shortcut in your videos folder to the new movies on the other drive...

To mount a drive in a folder instead of as a drive letter you can
Right click on My Computer and select Manage.
Then click Disk Management
Select the volume you wish to mount inside of another and click Change Drive Letter and Paths
From there you choose Mount in the following empty NTFS folder
This will hide the second drive letter and it will look like a normal folder on C: or wherever else you choose to mount it.

Dude i have 4 different HDD's in my rig , don't extend the volume through the system you're just gonna run into problems.. just connect them separately.. I know i can gain performance with a RAID setup but i went without one and just went the vanilla way (sorta speak)..
