PR using only 12% of my GPU and because of that im running the game only on 40-60FPS when im with a lot of people (like defending a cache or something)
my pc specs:
CPU: i5 3570K 4 cores 6MB, 3.8Ghz
GPU: Gigabyte 7970HD 3GB super overclock
RAM: 8GB 1600Mhz
Hard drive: 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB .
why the game using only 12%(cpu 30%)from my Video card ?
and how can i fix that ?
btw im playing BF3 on 70FPS maxed out on 2660x1440p (a little higher than FULL HD)

I have almost the same specs as you but I haven't bothered to look at my fps since I'm quite happy with it. You could try this:
1 Open Battlefield 2
2 Go back to desktop while bf2 is still running
3 Open ctrl+alt+del
4 Select the bf2.exe process and right click it, scroll down to "set affinity" and only select 1 cpu.
Remember that BF2 doesn't support mulit core processing so it's only natural that it won't be using all of your CPU power.

Is Vsync active in CCC? If so, try turning it off completely

That is definitely not running correctly.
My first thought would be to completely uninstall, then reinstall new Radeon drivers.
When reinstalling, if practical, return all settings to factory default.
You should check your power profile in use, both in your BIOS and in the Windows POwermmanagement window. Could be as simple as your are set to power saving mode atm.
I have same CPU, I also only use 30% of CPU.

I lightly overclocked my CPU for daily use, running 4.22Ghz , and it keeps PR at 100 FPS at all times, before it would drop to 85 in big battles on occasion.
