Muzzel flash in PR video *not actual video*

i saw a video once of some guy demonstrating muzzle* flashes on PR and i cant find it now, can anyone help me find it?

And its not realistic at all (also i am annoyed of hollywood muzzelflashes).

I cant think of a modern western weapon without a flash surpressor.

US, CAN, GER ,GBR, ISR and France are using flash surpressors and even at night you cant see the muzzle flash (we tryed at the night shooting).
I am not sure about russian and chinese but my guess is that they also use them.

Yep, 1.0 wont look like that. :) A slight "adjustment" though for muzzleflashes has been made. That concerns the behavior of smoke etc.

Although that effect might not be so irrelevant on some heavier weapons like machine guns.

Bigger weapons will just produce more smoke, you still wont see any noticeably flash unless if it is during the night. Infact i don't think you will see it even at night unless if your using some tracer rounds.

i agree its unrealistic..but you have to admit, it looks pretty badass

I don't think it is very bad-*** to temporary blind yourself which is what happens if you remove the flash suppressor. Yes it does look bad-*** if its a movie, but for a game i think it will quickly be a bit annoying.

People with Epilepsy (i know its a minority but i know a few) will start to feel sick from it.

How about muzzleflash on ww2 maps? and vietnam and falklands? and insurgent weapons? also muzzleflash on tanks and pistols
