Hey PR-Community,
today I noticed the follwing bug:
As soon as I want to mark hostile movements (e.g. a hostile APC) I got a problem.
For example I see an hostile APC and now I take my radio and I want to mark it on the map. After I set the distance I cannot select the different units except the Infantry / Rally Point and Forward Outpost / Objective. I just can mark these 4 units. The mouse does not let me select the units left or right of the 'set contact distance' button.
Before setting the distance I can select those units, but it is useless marking hostiles without the right distance.
I hope you can help me out.
Regards
Squad Leader Radio Bug

Re: Squad Leader Radio Bug
It happened to me sometimes, but then I just pressed T again and was able to select all options.

Did you release T before you select what you spot? You have to release T before you can set the target type.
Spotting Quickstart
1. Press T
2. Right click and set range
3. Release T
4. (Optional) Move one step back or forward, seems to help on the accuracy?
5. Press T and select the type of unit you spotted.
6. Observe the enemy is now correctly marked on the map.
Now call in support and make it go BOOM.
I think this is what causes you bug, if not ignore this.

^Strepto is bang on. This is an old issue:
You need to release and re-press the key. Taking a step forwards or back also helps as the direction the marker will be placed takes into account the orientation of your body, not your head/ first person perspective.

Aight, thanks. I thought I used to do it without pressing T 2 times. I know that if I release and press T again I can select the units, but it's kind of annoying me. So is it just normal and everybody has to do it or is it just me?
