Overall this was comfortably the best PR event I've participated in.

Here's what I liked:

• Excellent, descriptive pre-game briefing by Onil; I had a solid idea of what to expect
• Great overall organisation by the admin team; they demonstrated they really cared about the smooth-running of the event by making sure everyone was prepared and taken care of
• Ridiculously tense gameplay; the premise is undeniably cool and it was executed really well
• The map; night-time Ramiel looked good, ran great and seemed perfect for this kind of gameplay
• The community; those who did show up did a great job of recruiting friends and clanmates to fill in for the no-shows

The only thing I didn't like was:

• Limited popularity; I was surprised by the number of no-shows and general lack of interest in such a unique, exciting event... seriously PR community, WTF?

This was an exceptionally well run, enjoyable event. I'd participate weekly if given the opportunity. I have no idea why more people didn't sign up!

I did record both rounds so I can upload some highlights if you guys want, but I think you 'had to be there' to experience the tension. The 'exciting bits' were few and quite brief, which isn't to say I didn't have a great time. I'd love to do this on a regular basis and rack up some more footage but it looks like - beyond the final - that won't be happening?

Have to agree on that, although my round lasted for about 30min yours is over an hour. Tbh when I look at my footage I don't see how others will like it. Doesn't mean I won't upload it though.

Good question... I also have no idea why there was a lack of interest in this event. I guess people just don't feel comfortable playing without being able to respawn.

In regards to doing this on a regular basis. We have another event in the works, with a different round start and overall structure. If it works out as planned, we can make it a regular event.
