[HELP]Install NET.Framework3.5

Hey, I just deleted everything on my computer and reinstalled windows vista. Now I'm trying to install PR and this pops up. Does it mean i need to install NET.Framework 3.5 before PR install or will the PR installer do it for me ? I'm trying to install it exactly how I'm supposed to so I don't get any PB CTD erros and stuff later.

Solved it, installed NET.Framework 3.5 then 4.0 from Download .NET Framework 3.5 from Official Microsoft Download Center

EDIT: Apperently it didn't solve it...The installer tried to install 3.5 itself but that failed aswell...

Check Windows Update.
