Well, i'm not saying its because of keys, its just one of the reasons to play on this server. Now that's not true because there is a big amount of Israeli players and all of them is either 15 or older, so there's no way that anyone is playing un-seriously.
Now we all now that the stated reasons are BS because they said the same thing to my friend that he was teamkilling although that server was the first server that he tried to join to.
Is there anything to do about it?

I'll clerify the situation:
That man was banned for more than a year on our servers, because of total lack of maturity, inadequacy, and braking the rules as: ignoring asset rules, as a result - stealing assets, and wrong squad naming all the time, foul language, insulting players, admins and resource as a whole, trolling and acting like a total arse.
So in that point he can tell everything he wants, but his words are totally worthless, because he is immature troll and griefer.
That guy is banned too (for insulting server, players, admins and circumvention of his actual ban, without any regret), so his point is only to troll and provoke with such questions which are off-topic.
