First off, I am NOT asking for a BF2 CD key in any shape or form. I have a CD key and I let my friend DL BF2 from my Origin account so he has it downloaded instead of torrenting it. Now the only thing is, I have this CD key and I'm not sure how to set it up to where he is able to change the CD key from mine to this 2nd one that I have. I believe that the CD key is in a different location in the registry than if you normally installed it.
Any help will be appreciated!

Try this program, written by PR DEV Tema,
note it might show up as a virus in your antivirus because it accesses the windows registry key of your BF2 CDKey. Give it permissions to run and it will work.
