Red maps on game list

Hi all, On looking at the map option lists there are a lot of maps in red. Where do I find these maps to download, some of them look interesting.

Give us specific names of this maps. This can be Test Airfield and maps from singleplayer mappack

[SANGUE-RUIM]

i think hes refering to the special events maps, or test maps or even 1.0 maps....
we dont have access to those...
